The Defending of Jerry Mouse. (Tom and Jerry)

Considering that I grow up with Tom and Jerry when I was a little girl, I have to put this defense. This is kinda ridiculous

Jerry is abusive to Tom, picks on Tom for no reason, : Uhm, at times, yes, he can be but there are also other times when Tom was like that to Jerry. So, what makes Jerry any different from Tom? Plus, it’s a slapstick cartoon. That’s kinda the point.

“douchebag.”: So is Tom. Believe me, once you get down to it, Tom and Jerry are douchebags to each other. It is a slapstick after all.

Are we seriously losing sense of slapstick humor? The point of Tom and Jerry is a cat and a mouse be jerks to each other and slapstick occur.
